SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 19, 2026
1. Agreement to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Swipe Savvy, Inc. ("Swipe Savvy," "we," "us," or "our"), you consent to receive recurring automated SMS and MMS messages from Swipe Savvy and its service providers (including via Amazon Web Services Simple Notification Service (AWS SNS) and Twilio) at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Types of Messages
You may receive the following categories of SMS/MMS messages:
- Authentication & Security: One-time passcodes (OTP) for two-factor authentication, account verification codes, password reset codes, and security alerts
- Transactional Notifications: Order confirmations, payment receipts, refund confirmations, transfer confirmations, card activity alerts, delivery status updates, and shift reminders
- Account Alerts: Account status changes, suspicious activity warnings, card lock/unlock confirmations, and compliance-required disclosures
- Service Announcements: Scheduled maintenance windows, feature updates, service disruption notices, and platform status updates
- Promotional Messages: New feature announcements, special offers, merchant deals, loyalty program updates, and partner promotions (only with your express opt-in consent)
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the types of messages you have opted in to receive. Authentication and transactional messages are sent as needed based on your use of the Services. Promotional messages will not exceed 10 messages per month unless you opt in to additional categories.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any messaging and data charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan and any applicable fees. Swipe Savvy is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS/MMS messages.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
- Account Settings: Log in to your Swipe Savvy account and navigate to your notification preferences to manage SMS opt-in and opt-out settings.
- Contact Support: Email support@swipesavvy.com or call 1-800-505-8769 to request removal from SMS messaging.
Important: Opting out of promotional messages does not affect your receipt of transactional and security-related messages (such as OTP codes and account alerts) that are essential to your use of the Services. To stop all messages, you must deactivate your Swipe Savvy account.
6. How to Get Help
For help with SMS messaging, you may use any of the following methods:
