Overview

Swipe Savvy, Inc. ("Swipe Savvy," "we," "us," or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This page describes how you can request deletion of personal information that we have collected about you through our marketing, advertising, point-of-sale, and merchant services — including data obtained when you interact with our ads or sign up via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), Google, or any other connected platform.

What You Can Request

  • Deletion of your name, email address, phone number, and any contact details we hold.
  • Deletion of lead-form submissions you made through any of our paid ad campaigns.
  • Deletion of advertising identifiers, click identifiers, and conversion events tied to your profile.
  • Removal from custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting lists, and customer-match lists.
  • Deletion of any merchant or end-customer account data tied to your identity.

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your full name
  • The email address(es) and/or phone number(s) you used when interacting with us
  • The platform(s) through which you contacted us (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Google, our website, etc.), if known

You may also write to us at: Swipe Savvy, Inc., Orlando, FL — Attn: Privacy / Data Deletion. For questions you can call 888-505-8769.

Verification

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will only use the information you provide to verify your identity and respond to your request.

Response Time

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, financial transaction records mandated by tax or anti-money-laundering regulations). If we cannot delete certain records, we will explain why.

Third-Party Platforms

When your data was collected through a third-party platform such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, or Google, we will also instruct that platform to remove the relevant identifiers from any custom audience or matched audience we previously uploaded. Note that the third-party platforms have their own data retention policies and you may also need to contact them directly to remove data they hold independently.
