Rebate terms

Qualifying merchants get $2,000 per location, every year they stay with Swipe Savvy, for up to 5 years. Not all merchants qualify.

1. The offer

Swipe Savvy pays a rebate of $2,000 for each Qualifying Location, for every Qualifying Year, for up to 5 Qualifying Years (the "Rebate").
A Qualifying Location is each business location on a merchant's Swipe Savvy account that meets every condition in section 2 on its own.
Not all merchants or locations qualify. A location must meet every condition in section 2 for a year to be a Qualifying Year for that location.

Sign-up deadline: the merchant's Swipe Savvy account application is signed and approved on or after October 5, 2026 and on or before March 31, 2027.
Plan: the location is on a Savvy Pro or Savvy Elite Savvy POS plan for the entire Qualifying Year.
Processing volume: the location processes an average of at least $40,000 per month in major credit card volume through Swipe Savvy during the Qualifying Year. All major credit cards processed through Swipe Savvy count toward the total.
Dual Pricing: the location's card processing is enrolled in Swipe Savvy's Dual Pricing program and stays enrolled for the entire Qualifying Year.
Good standing: on the anniversary date the account is open, all amounts owed to Swipe Savvy are paid, and the account has not been suspended or closed for fraud, excessive chargebacks or a breach of the merchant's agreement.

A Qualifying Year is each consecutive 12-month period starting on the date the location first goes live on Swipe Savvy.
The Rebate for a Qualifying Year is paid by ACH to the merchant's settlement bank account by the 15th day of the month following the 12th month of processing in that Qualifying Year.
One Rebate per Qualifying Location per Qualifying Year, for no more than 5 Qualifying Years per location. After that, the Rebate ends for that location.
A year that does not meet every condition in section 2 earns no Rebate. Rebates are not prorated for partial years.

New merchants can qualify only by signing up by March 31, 2027. Swipe Savvy may end the offer for new sign-ups earlier by posting a notice on this page.
A merchant who qualified by the sign-up deadline keeps earning the Rebate for each later Qualifying Year, up to 5 Qualifying Years per location. These terms do not change for a merchant who qualified by the sign-up deadline.
The offer is for new Swipe Savvy merchants only. Merchants who already had a Swipe Savvy account before the offer opened do not qualify.

The Rebate may be taxable income. Swipe Savvy may issue tax forms where required. Ask your tax advisor.
The Rebate cannot be combined with other Swipe Savvy sign-up offers unless Swipe Savvy agrees in writing.
Swipe Savvy decides eligibility based on its own records of plan, processing volume and account status.
